Recently, receiving the letter from the Department of Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, after the assessment of experts organized by the Ministry of Education, the Research on the Historical Logic, Theoretical Logic, and Practical Logic of Chinese-style Modernization declared by Prof. Li Chungen of the University (Project Approval No. 23JD20027) was formally approved as the Ministry of Education's special project for philosophical and social sciences research (Research on the Spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China), which was established as a project that is completed.

Since the 20th CPC National Congress, Prof. Li Chungen has published more than 10 theoretical articles in the theoretical edition of Guangming Daily, the theoretical edition of Economic Daily, the theoretical edition of Financial Research, Taxation Research, the theoretical edition of Jiangxi Daily and other newspapers and magazines, and has written 4 reports on political affairs and received affirmative instructions from the main leaders of the provincial government, and has published a monograph on the From Comprehensive Well-Being to Modernization of the Chinese Style.

In order to deeply study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, the Ministry of Education organizes experts and scholars in universities to systematically study and interpret the major strategic ideas and major theoretical perspectives put forward by the 20th CPC National Congress, and focuses on launching major achievements with theoretical persuasive power and practical guidance significance. The General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a guide to the topics of the Ministry of Education's special philosophical and social sciences research (the study of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress) in November 2022, and set up a total of 65 guides to the topics of the research, which are based on the high level of theoretical articles published before the deadline, or on the adopted reports of the consultative committee as the supporting materials.It aims to encourage the majority of philosophers and social scientists to carry forward the excellent academic style, conduct solid research, continue to study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Spirit of the 20th Party Congress in depth, and to present theoretical articles and resourceful reports with theoretically convincing and practically guiding significance.
