In the afternoon of May 20, the final of the first Jiangxi Digital Economy Modeling and Digital Economy Data Competition was successfully concluded at Nanchang University. Shi Ke, Vice Governor, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and Chairman of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Agricultural and Labor Party, attended the award ceremony and signing ceremony of the competition and presented awards to representatives of the winning teams. Li Chungen, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, was invited to attend the award ceremony of the competition and kindly condoled the participating teams.

      The Jiangxi Digital Economy Modeling and Digital Economy Data Competition is organized by the Jiangxi Science and Technology Association, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education, the Office of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee for Network Security and Informatization, and the Jiangxi Press and Media Group to promote innovation and development in the field of digital economy and to enhance data analysis and modeling capabilities in Jiangxi Province as well as nationwide.

     After a wonderful defense in the finals, our school won one second prize and one third prize. Among them, Chen Siyu, a social security student, and Chen Junjie, an information management student, won the second prize for their research on the factors influencing the "professional happiness" of delivery riders in the platform economy (instructor: Peng Shuhong), and Zeng Wenqiang, Lu Jiale and Li Jiashan, finance students, won the third prize for their research on "Demand Forecasting for Logistics in Jiangxi Province in the Post-Epidemic Era" (instructor: Xu Wen Yun). Demand Forecasting in Post-Epidemic Era - Based on Deep Learning Model" (instructor: Wen-Yun Xu) won the third prize.

      In this competition, our students achieved remarkable results, fully demonstrating our students' sense of innovation and teamwork spirit. The college will continue to guide and promote professional construction, discipline development and the cultivation of students' "dual-innovation" ability, so as to inject new vitality and momentum into the development of the college.

      After the competition, to celebrate the successful holding of the final of the first Jiangxi Digital Economy Modeling and Digital Economy Data Competition, all the finalist teams, judges and special guests took a group photo at the Zhihua Technology Building.
