On the afternoon of January 4, 2023, the Fifth Meeting of the Ninth General Assembly of the Faculty, Staff and Trade Union Members of the School of Public Finance and Public Administration was held, with members of the leadership team of the College and all the faculty members attending the meeting, which was presided over by Xie Lihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

President Zhang Zhongfang made a work report on behalf of the college, reporting on the work in 2022 and the main points of the work in 2023 from five aspects, including talent cultivation, academic and scientific research, social service, internationalization, and party building and ideology.

The division-level leaders of the college made a report on their duties and integrity. The attending teachers listened carefully to the work report of the college in 2022, deliberated on the work report of the college's branch union in 2022, the work points in 2023, and the financial statement in 2022, discussed the incentive performance pay allocation program, democratically recommended the candidates for the advanced workers of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2022, and carried out a democratic evaluation of the leadership team and the division-level leading cadres.

President Zhang Zhongfang made a summary of the meeting, called on the college to take the school's "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of educational undertakings as a guide, under the strong leadership of the party committee and administration of the school, to adhere to the mission of the initial heart to cultivate talents as the center of the work of the year 2023 with more enthusiasm; to be firm on the positioning of the public economy, public management, public policy, the "trinity", the development of the multidisciplinary intersection of the running of the school, and vigorously promote the "three kinds of culture", take the road of connotation construction, enterprising, pioneering and innovative, and to strive for the sprinting of the "hundred years of school" JUFE dream, to build the atmosphere of openness and characteristics of a distinctive high level of the college, and to dedicate the centennial anniversary of the school with excellent achievements.
