There has been a high-quality teaching and research team at home and abroad, who have rich experience in teaching and strong scientific research ability, whose structures of age, sex and educational background are matched reasonable. There are 45 full-time teachers, among them, 32 teachers have doctoral degree, 19 professors, 16 associate professors, 7 doctorial tutors, 33 master tutors.

      In recent years, achievements quality in scientific research improves continually, academic atmosphere is more and more strong, and a batch of scientific research has a widespread influence at home and abroad. In lately five years, lots of teachers have been taking charge of 18 projects from national natural science fund and national social science fund, more than 56 projects above the provincial level. There are 17 awards at or above the provincial level, over 40 monograph publications, more than 160 articles have been published in the national authority and CSSCI (core library) publications.

  Finance—The major is to cultivate the students to adapt to the social and economic development needs, by making them developed intellectually, morally and physically, Who will have much professional knowledge and ability including finance, taxation, budgeting, public management, and they could be engaged in government institutions and the other public sectors and private sectors. The graduates will get certificate graduation of Finance, and the Bachelor of Economy with the requirements for the degree awarded.
